Admission Procedure

A candidate who has passed the Intermediate or equivalent examination, recognized by the M.J.P. Rohilkhand University, is eligible for seeking admission to B.A. I, B.Com (Hons) I, B.Sc Home Science I.

Candidates seeking admission to M.A. I should have a graduation degree from a recognised university.

The admissions are done on the basis of merit as per University / Government norms. Applications for admission can be made within the specified period as per notice issued by the college/M.J.P. Rohilkhand University.

For admission in the college, the student must purchase the prospectus and registration form of the academic session from the college. While applying for admission, the applicant must ensure that the registration form submitted by her is complete in all respects as prescribed by the College. Self-Attested Photocopies of all required documents must be duly attached with the registration form.

Names of selected candidates will be notified on the notice board and the selected candidates must note the procedure and dates for completing admission formalities.

All original documents/certificates must be presented at the time of checking of admission form and counselling. Candidates are advised to visit the College website and see the College notice board for all matters pertaining to admission.

All students of II nd & IIIrd year who are eligible to renew their admission in each academic year. All students have to fill their registration and admission forms as per the notice issued. The permission for re-admission will be decided on the basis of the following criteria pertaining to the previous academic session:

  • Result of previous Class
  • Full payment of all the fees and any other dues

Subject combinations opted by the candidates of B.A.-III year will be finalized at the time of re-admission.

Counselling & Verification of Documents

Applicants seeking admission to B.A.I, B.Com (Hons) I, B.Sc Home Science I, M.A. I have to come to college for Document Verification & Counselling on date/time provided in merit list respectively.

All students of IInd & IIIrd years, who are eligible to renew their admission, also have to come to college for Document Verification & Counselling on date/time provided in the notice of the college.

Important Documents carried by applicants while Counselling & Verification

  • Self -Attested Application Form
  • One Passport size Photo affixed on the Application Form
  • Application form duly signed by both parents at all stipulated slots
  • Aadhar Card Original
  • Original Marksheets and Certificates of High School, Intermediate, Original Cast/Category Certificate, Weightage/ Reservation Certificate, Original Gap Affidavit

  • Self Attested photo copy Weightage/ Reservation Certificate
  • Original Character certificate from the last college attended. (For Ist year Students)
  • Original Transfer certificate from the last college attended. (For Ist year Students)
  • Original Gap Affidavit (if required)

Final Admission Fee Submission

  • After successful Document verification & Counselling Applicant should submit the admission fee as per the notice given

Important Instructions

  • The instructions related to the admissions given here are as per the Rules & Regulations of the M.J.P. Rohilkhand University and State Government, Uttar Pradesh.
  • Gap Certificate: If there is gap in taking admission after Intermediate then an affidavit has to be submitted at the time of admission.
  • The information of the admission procedure will be displayed on College notice board and website. Candidates are advised to keep visiting the College website regularly for announcements, notices and updates.
  • After declaration of the merit list a copy of the list will be displayed on the College notice board. The candidate herself will find her merit number from the merit list.
  • If any candidate gets admission on the basis of false information/improper means or on the basis of false mark-sheet/certificates, his/her admission will be treated cancelled from the beginning.
