Sports and Games

Youth, mainly girls, constitute the most creative segment of our society. Their role and contribution are vital to our society and more so in a country like India having wide social, cultural and other demographic diversities. Today, promotion of sports and physical activity as a strategy for the empowerment of girls and women has been gaining recognition worldwide. It’s a universal truth that sports play a crucial role in the holistic development of a student’s personality since it teaches an individual to imbibe a sportsman spirit - to be humble in victory and gracious in defeat, the spirit of co-operation, discipline, honesty and integrity.
